If, during an engagement, you choose to share details about your health, these are treated as special category data under UK GDPR. They are used only to provide your coaching safely and appropriately, handled in strict confidence, and processed with your explicit consent.
We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide the services you request, after which it is deleted.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, and to request portability. To exercise any of these, email Illiyantanchev@gmail.com.
You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
